Overview
The Introduction to Management Level 1 University Foundation Programme is a 60-credit qualification, equivalent to one A Level, designed for students seeking university entry, management experience, career progression, or broader employment opportunities. This programme equips aspiring and current junior managers with a comprehensive understanding of effective management principles, focusing on the key areas required in modern workplaces.
