Human Resource Management Level 3 and 4

Overview

The Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Management and Level 4 Extended Diploma in Management are a 240-credit programe designed to equip learners with the skills needed to succeed in management, with a focus on Human Resources within medium to large organizations. These skills are highly transferable and open up career opportunities across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, banking, and media. This course provides a strong foundation for a career in virtually any professional environment.

The Level 3 and Level 4 modules are equivalent to the first two years of an undergraduate degree, allowing learners to progress directly to the final year of an undergraduate programme at a UK university.

The course comprises 10 Level 3 modules and 10 Level 4 modules, each assessed through a combination of multiple-choice exams and written assignments (10 assignments at Level 4 and 8 assignments at Level 5). Each module includes approximately 40 guided learning hours, plus 30–50 hours of optional materials, including interactive exercises, recommended readings, and online resources to support independent study.
