Overview

Level 4 Certificate in Education in Training – previously referred to as CTLLS – is the perfect choice for those who have completed Level 3 AET and looking to expand their career in teaching and training. Not only it is suitable for trainee teachers, but it is also suitable for those with some experience in teaching roles. With this Level 4 CET qualification, the learners will be able to teach within FE (Further Education) and HE (Higher Education) sectors.
Whether you want to teach music, literature or any other subject, this course will develop effective teaching skills, bringing you closer to becoming a QTLS.
Not only that, it will give you in-depth knowledge of how to deliver and plan education and training along with roles and responsibilities associated with roles and responsibilities.

Duration and Delivery

We have designed our Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training in a way that any learner can complete the course at their desired pace. It all depends on the time you invest and the experience you have; you can complete the course in either two weeks or nine months. You can learn and complete the course via Virtual Learning Environment along with our competent tutor support.

Assessment and Verification

All the units included in the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training will be externally assessed by a qualified awarding body and internally assessed by our proficient assessors. During the course, you will be assessed and graded through written assignments, a 30-hour teaching log and 3 teaching observations, each of 1 hour.
For assessment, you can either have an assessor observe you or send a recording of your teaching sessions.
